I am a team captain of a small team and we are having a hard time with fundraising. This is our third year at Relay, and I don't want to give up. I am a crafty person so I make a lot of things to sell; hats, bags, keychains and so on, but I am not having any luck with that. My 5 year old sells candy bars and that goes over pretty well, but I am not sure what to do for the rest of us. I am also having problems finding team members that want to pull their weight in doing the foot work. Basically this year I am doing all of it alone with my 5 year old. Does anyone have any ideas they can share? Any input and information would be great. One last thing, we live in a small town, but our Relay event tends to have quite a few team members.

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
